Established and incorporated in 2002, Haqiqat Corporation Sdn. Bhd., formerly known as Akayem Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd., serves as the parent company and corporate umbrella of Haqiqat Group.
Over the years, the Group has expanded its portfolio and established a diversified network of 10 companies and entities, each contributing specialised expertise and capabilities across various sectors. These include Haqiqat Corporation Sdn. Bhd., Haqiqat Engineering & Marine Sdn. Bhd., Haqiqat Bayu Engineering Sdn. Bhd., Haqiqat Synergy Sdn. Bhd., Haqiqat Yixin Energy & Technology Sdn. Bhd., Haqiqat Re-Energi Sdn. Bhd., Hakikat Holdings Sdn. Bhd., TJT Asia Sdn. Bhd., Rantalia Event & Services Sdn. Bhd., and ITPO Services Sdn. Bhd.
As a Malaysian engineering and solutions group, Haqiqat Group has developed its capabilities across engineering, energy, infrastructure, facilities management, technology, and other specialised services. Haqiqat Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB) and the Energy Commission of Malaysia, holding G7 contractor status, which enables the Group to undertake larger-scale and more complex projects. The company also holds a PETRONAS licence, supporting its participation in projects within the oil and gas industry.
